Also called as AC repair technician, this is an after-sales service job for installing and providing support to people who own air conditioners. The individual at work installs the air conditioner and interacts with customers to diagnose the problem and assess possible solutions. Once the problem and causes have been identified, the individual rectifies or replaces faulty modules for failed parts or recommends factory repairs for bigger faults.

Pre-requisites to Training

• Class VIII pass / ITI / Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/RAC)

 Training Outcomes

• Identify the requirement of customer by interacting with them
• Manage the installation and demonstration of the product to the customers satisfaction
• Conduct successful repair of the product as per customers satisfaction and get customers signatures on job sheet and collect payment, if any, as per company policy
• Comply with standard operating procedures for different types of air conditioners
• Illustrate the soft skills that are required to carry out work efficiently
• Comply with the standard safety procedures to maintain a safe work area

In addition to above course, candidates will be trained on soft skills and be taken through an entrepreneurship program

Also called ‘Other Home Appliance Repair Technician’, this is an after sales service job for installing and providing support to owners of water purifier and other Home appliances such as mixer, grinder etc. The technician at work checks the appliance and interacts with customers to diagnose the problem and possible solutions. Once the problem and causes have been identified, the individual rectifies or replaces faulty modules for failed parts, or recommends factory repairs for bigger faults.

Pre-requisites to Training

• Class VIII pass / ITI / Diploma (Electrical/Electronics)

Training Outcomes

• Gain familiarity with small appliances products including knowledge about the appliances industry
• Product knowledge across all types of appliances
• Identify and use tools, equipment and materials

In addition to above course, candidates will be trained on soft skills and be taken through an entrepreneurship program
